Quickie Review:

This is my story read from Kendall Ryan and since I heard amazing things about, Unravel Me (another one of her books) I jumped at the thought of trying her out in this blog tour. 

I enjoyed this story, although it wasn't very unique. This story is the typical nice rich girl meets bad boy, it's not easy for them to be together because people think she's slumming it. Nothing you haven't heard before, right?

But...there's a twist, two actually. One, Caden is raising his six year old little sister, Lily whom has spinal bifeda. He totally adores her and it melts my heart reading about it. He will do ANYTHING to help her get better, whether it's surgery or therapy. This brings us to number two. He gets the opportunity to be an porn star. Oh, he has a day job, he's a construction worker, but it's not enough to pay for all her medical bills. 

The opening scene is actually Caden meeting Alexa in the hospital (she's a nurse in training) because he has had an erection lasting longer than 4 hours. LOL, it's pretty funny. Alexa and Cade feel instant attraction and after another chance meeting they begin to start hanging out more and more. They begin to realize they come from totally different sides of the tracks. It's not easy for them to be together, when all the doubts start to cloud their minds. 

Again I did enjoy their story, but to me there wasn't anything that made me feel connected to these two characters. I look forward to reading more from Kendall Ryan because I did like her writing style.
