Improper Image Size and Quality
This is actually really bad and I see it on a LOT of websites. You want to make your images? GREAT! But make sure your have images that are proper size and quality. Remember every time you manipulate an image the quality will go down. If you make a small image larger than it's supposed to be, you are going to lose quality. See below:This kitty is the original size of the photo
Now I am going to make it WAY bigger than it should be.
Remember the same is true for text! Make sure an image doesn't look blurry. If it does, find a new picture or leave it small. It's better than having a terrible quality picture. These days people have fast internet in their homes and on their phones. So larger file size is okay (if it's not too big; over 1MB would be too big for an image) If you save an image check to make sure the quality looks good!

If your blog is any indication, Autumn does some awesome work. Great post -- I think a lot of people forget that you can choose to save images in higher or lower quality (or in different formats, which will also affect image quality).
